My Artistic Journey
After graduating with a degree in 2D Studio Art, I took a break from photography to focus on earning my Master's in Art Therapy. After working several years in the mental health field and having my own children, my desire to capture our family life together caused my passion for photography to be re-ignited. My style can be described as natural, nostalgic, fun, soft, and light.
In effort to go against the grain of consumer culture, I seek to capture images that are cherished by generations to come. I want the photographs I take to bring a smile for years to come, to be printed and hung on the walls, rather than scrolled past mindlessly on social media.
